Shipping
Hours and Phone Order hours: Seven days a week at
610-831-8079. If we are not available, please leave a voice
message and we will return your call.
Method of Payment accepted:
We accept PayPal (credit card, bank withdrawal, etc).
We only accept credit cards via PayPal.
Checks can also be mailed for payment
(MUST be made out to: DMM Radiant Designs, Inc). For check
orders, please email us with what you would like to order and we
will send an Invoice. We will then ship your
order as soon as the check is cleared.
Shipping: We ship anywhere
within the 48 contiguous United States. AK and HI, please
email prior to placing order (shipping charges will be more than
fixed shipping charges).
Our shipping costs are fixed rates based on dollar amount of your
order.
Wicklight.com now primarily ships via USPS Mail. Most
orders will be sent Priority Mail unless cost is higher than your
shipping charge, in which case we choose another method within your
shipping cost (First Class, Parcel Post).
Some orders (but few) might ship via FedEx (depending on weight).
We determine that at time of shipping.
